About HOMESTEAD GOATS Olympia, WA Welcome to "Homestead Goats", our Nigerian Dwarf dairy goat farm in Olympia, Washington. We produce happy, healthy, and high quality ADGA registered Nigerians and have been raising and showing goats for over 15 years. The health and happiness of our herd is very important to us, so our goats are extremely well cared for and loved. In fact, they are absolutely spoiled! They are well socialized with people and other animals because they get lots of daily attention. We've kept our herd healthy and free of caprine diseases such as CAE, CL, Johnes, Q-Fever, and Brucella, by sample testing and by using biosecurity precautions. We've collected some of the best genetic lines from across the country and have worked to continue improving the productivity and conformation of those lines over the years. We've had great success with our Nigerians through selective breeding, artificial insemination, and ADGA performance programs such as Linear Appraisal. We hope you enjoy visiting our website and appreciate your interest in our Nigerian Dwarf herd. |
